Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Perform complex mechanical and electrical assembly of products according to detailed blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. \* Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to complete assembly tasks. \* Conduct in-process quality checks and inspections to ensure components meet specifications and identify and resolve assembly issues. \* Read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly procedures with minimal supervision. \* Troubleshoot and diagnose assembly problems, making minor adjustments or repairs as needed. \* Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve assembly processes and product design. \* Operate and maintain specialized assembly equipment. \* Train and mentor less experienced assemblers. \* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies. \* Accurately complete all necessary production documentation and reports.
