You will handle solder paste printers, pick-and-place, reflow ovens, and AOI systems while ensuring quality and traceability through first article and in-process inspections.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SMT in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to set up and run SMT production lines and inspect first articles.
• Follows ISO 9001 quality standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate SMT production equipment including solder paste screen printer, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and AOI systems.
• Load feeders, trays, and magazines with correct components per work order.
• Select and verify machine programs and revisions for each production run.
• Generate and review layout lists to identify missing or inactive components.
• Perform first article and in-process inspections to ensure product quality.
