Job summary

TMD Staffing is hiring for SMT Manufacturing Associates in Pharr, TX. The role focuses on operating SMT equipment, performing rework and soldering, and inspecting assemblies to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in SMT equipment operation, electronic assembly, soldering/rework or inspection is valued.
• Ability to read technical documents and assembly drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate SMT production equipment.
• Perform electronic rework, soldering, touch-up, and repairs.
• Inspect assemblies using microscopes and meet quality standards.
• Read BOMs, assembly drawings and work instructions.
• Identify defects and document quality information.
• Load programs, feeders, and materials for SMT equipment.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to support production.
• Follow ISO quality standards and safety policies.
• Assist production and quality teams as needed.
