Qualifications

• Math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide, and interpret charts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and verify components for the pick-and-place SMT machine.
• Verify solder paste operation and load parts, reels, trays and sticks to feed.
• Perform manual component placement and inspect boards before start-up.
• Read and utilize BOM and Assembly Drawings.
• General machine cleaning and SOP-driven upkeep.
• Collaborate with site engineers to improve processes.
• Perform X-ray inspections on BGA components.
• Inspect parts for defects before and after production to ensure quality.
