Job summary

Hellbender Inc. in Pittsburgh is seeking an SMT Operator to support the production of printed circuit boards and assemblies on a modern SMT line. You will collaborate with a small team to prepare, place, and install components using equipment such as Speedprint 710, Europlacer iiNEO+, BTU reflow oven, and Omron 730 AOI.

The role is full-time in a clean-room environment with strict quality standards. The ideal candidate will have technical training or hands-on SMT experience, the ability to read

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Technical Degree or 2 years work experience.
• Experience with SMT assembly and PCB related processes.

Responsibilities

• Programming and maintenance of the SMT assembly line and related equipment.
• Perform all facets of surface mount assembly.
• Operate line equipment including screen printer, pick and place, reflow oven, AOI.
• Set up equipment, perform adjustments and feeder changes per SOPs.
• Assist in general equipment cleaning and upkeep.
