Job summary

RLC Electronic Systems is seeking an experienced SMT Operator for a full-time, on-site role in Sinking Spring. The position requires hands-on SMT production experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and excellent computer literacy.

You will load parts onto the placement machine, select the appropriate program, and monitor the process to ensure quality. The role offers benefits and a standard Monday–Friday day shift.

Qualifications

• Requires prior SMT production experience.

Responsibilities
