Job summary

Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH is seeking an Electronics Assembler to support military and aerospace components. You will solder components, assemble microcircuits with fine hand techniques using microscopes, and implement engineering changes at the PCB level to ensure reliable assemblies.

The role requires a high school diploma, soldering experience, and familiarity with ERP systems. IPC-610 certification is preferred. Onsite work with comprehensive benefits is provided.

• US person (US citizen or permanent resident) preferred.
• Soldering experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Solder various electronic components, wires and other parts to PCB locations per IPC specifications.
• Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly with the use of microscopes.
• Incorporation of engineering changes to new and existing products at board level.
• Record activity into a database and ensure traceability.
• Review ERP for proper configuration control specifications.
