Klaviyo is seeking a versatile Product Marketing Lead for the K:Marketing PMM team to own SMS and mobile messaging as a strategic growth engine within our marketing automation platform. You’ll serve as the PMM partner for the SMS & Mobile product team, shaping market opportunities, navigating compliance, and influencing the product roadmap to accelerate adoption and revenue.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing roles.
Marketing tech experience or e‑commerce is a huge plus.
Ability to develop compelling positioning and messaging that differentiates products.

Responsibilities

Define value proposition, messaging hierarchy, and positioning for SMS and Mobile products.
Lead end-to-end GTM strategies across Sales, CS, Enablement, and Growth Marketing.
Monitor global mobile trends to shape product messaging and market leadership.
Partner with PMM to champion customer needs and surface market gaps.
Develop campaigns, ROI models, and cross-sell playbooks to drive revenue growth.
Create GTM assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI tools) with sales as SME.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support the mobile business unit.
