You will partner with Engineering, Product, and Data Science to design segmentation, cadence, templates, and the send calendar while ensuring compliance and strong deliverability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SMS or messaging analytics with ownership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent analytical experience.
• Strong SQL and ability to shape large datasets independently.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SMS channel performance and strategy.
• Design and measure campaigns, segmentation, cadence, and templates.
• Monitor deliverability, compliance, and opt-out handling.
• Lead analytics, experiments, and holdout designs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Data Science.
