Job summary

Conagra Brands in Macomb, MI is seeking a Production Associate to monitor and troubleshoot equipment to keep lines running and meet quality standards. You will operate machines, perform quality checks, cross-train across areas, and collaborate with multiple departments, with a schedule from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM and an hourly rate of $19.00.

You will contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient production environment while supporting ongoing improvement initiatives and team objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Job description

Shift: 6:00 AM-4:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $19.00 an hour

Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production at our Macomb, MI facility producing Duke's Meat Snacks. You will join a team of over 50 associates.

• You will monitor and troubleshoot production equipment to support continuous operations.
• You will supply production lines to ensure a continuous production flow.
• You will perform product quality checks to help ensure products meet consumer expectations.
• You will collaborate with multiple departments to support production demands and maintain quality standards.
• You will help maintain a clean work area in compliance with food safety and Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements.
• You will support ongoing efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• You will cross-train on additional equipment and processes as needed.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Willingness to cross-train across multiple production areas.

Physical Requirements
