Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Production Associate at our Macomb, MI facility. You will monitor and troubleshoot production equipment, operate machines, and help maintain a safe, clean workstation in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year manufacturing experience, and basic MS Office skills. Shift is 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with an hourly rate of $19.00 and benefits including medical, dental, and retirement plans.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Willingness to cross-train across multiple production areas.

Shift: 6:00 AM-4:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $19.00 an hour

Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production at our Macomb, MI facility producing Duke's Meat Snacks. You will join a team of over 50 associates.

• You will supply production lines to ensure a continuous production flow.
• You will perform product quality checks to help ensure products meet consumer expectations.
• You will collaborate with multiple departments to support production demands and maintain quality standards.
• You will help maintain a clean work area in compliance with food safety and Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements.
• You will support ongoing efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• You will cross-train on additional equipment and processes as needed.
