Conagra Brands in Macomb, MI is seeking a hands-on Packaging Operator to support our meat snacks line. You will operate packaging equipment, troubleshoot issues, and document production data in a fast-paced facility.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with a shift from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM and an hourly rate of $19.50.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years manufacturing experience with mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and production documentation experience.

Shift: 5:30 AM-4:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $19.50 an hour

Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will operate, monitor, and troubleshoot meat packaging equipment to support production operations for Duke's Meat Snacks at our Macomb, MI facility. You will help ensure safe, efficient production while maintaining quality standards, completing production documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
