Monogram-Management-Services-Inc seeks a MV1 3rd Smokehouse Operator II to support snack food production. Responsibilities include loading/unloading seven smokehouses, setting controls for time and temperature, monitoring cook cycles, and maintaining cleanliness.

Tasks require after-hours/weekend flexibility and strict adherence to GMP/HAACP standards. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, capable of independent work, and proficient in basic math and reading.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general smokehouse operating practices and procedures.
• Detail-oriented and precise in work tasks.
• Intermediate level math and reading skills.
• Strong communication skills with team members.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to neatly and accurately complete paperwork.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload seven smokehouses.
• Set electrical control devices for time and temperature per product.
• Monitor cooking process and check product every two hours.
• Remove product when shrinkage meets product standards.
• Move product to tempering room for cooling.
• Document temperatures and ambient air temperatures during checks.
• Dip nuggets and prepare for packaging.
• Clean and sanitize smokehouses and cooking racks.
• Keep work area clean and organized; follow GMP/HAACP procedures; assist with other tasks as assigned.
