Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Production Associate at our Macomb, MI facility. You will monitor and troubleshoot production equipment, operate machines, and help maintain a safe, clean workstation in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year manufacturing experience, and basic MS Office skills. Shift is 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with an hourly rate of $19.00 and benefits including medical, dental, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Willingness to cross-train across multiple production areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of machines and production equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment to support continuous operations.
• Supply production lines to ensure a continuous production flow.
• Perform product quality checks to help ensure products meet consumer expectations.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to support production demands and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain a clean work area in compliance with food safety and OSHA requirements.
• Support ongoing efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross-train on additional equipment and processes as needed.
