Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and manage daily patient flow.
• Present treatment plans to patients, clearly explaining procedures, costs, and financing options.
• Verify dental insurance benefits, process claims, and handle billing inquiries.
• Collect and post patient payments, including co-pays and outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic and insurance information in practice management software.
• Follow up with patients on pending treatment plans to encourage case acceptance.
• Coordinate with clinical team to ensure seamless patient experience from check-in to checkout.
