Job summary

Smile Studio of Spring Lake is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to bridge diagnosis and care in our boutique dental practice. You will present treatment plans, guide patients through scheduling and financing, and ensure seamless transitions from diagnosis to completed treatment.

You are polished, warm, and trustworthy, with at least 2 years in dental front office and experience presenting and closing plans. Proficiency in Dentrix is preferred; RDA or clinical background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior dental front office and financial coordination experience is a MUST.
• Experience presenting and closing treatment plans is required.
• Proficiency in Dentrix is strongly preferred.
• RDA or clinical background is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Highly organized, reliable and detail oriented; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans clearly, translating clinical language into terms patients understand and trust.
• Guide patients from diagnosis to scheduled, committed appointments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients navigating treatment decisions.
• Follow up on unscheduled and incomplete treatment until it is resolved.
• Maintain the refined, elevated patient experience that defines our practice.
• Maintain accurate, organized patient records in Dentrix.
• Collaborate daily with the doctor and the clinical team on case presentation strategy.
• Keep the schedule full and treatment moving forward without unnecessary delay.
