Job summary

EMPACT- Suicide Prevention Center, an EEO/AA Employer, is seeking a full-time Case Manager for the SMI Adult population in Maricopa, Arizona. The role involves providing direct crisis intervention and support to clients and families.

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field and experience working with Severely Mentally Ill Adults. Benefits include generous PTO, medical and dental plans, and a 403(b) retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or BHT requirements.
• Experience with SMI Adult population required.
• Must have a valid AZ driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct service crisis intervention to families and children.
• Complete family needs assessments and referrals to community services.
• Ensure continuity of care with comprehensive client services.

Skills

Experience with Severely Mentally Ill Adults

Bi-lingual (Spanish)

Ability to work independently

Education
