Job summary

Prescient Edge in Washington, DC seeks an experienced SME Program Manager with deep HUMINT/IC expertise to lead high-stakes analytical programs and deliver rigorous intelligence products.

The role requires 20 years of experience, 10+ in the IC, and active TS/SCI with CI polygraph. A 4-year degree is required, with a Master’s preferred. On-site work and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• 20 years of work experience in intelligence or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the IC.
• Experience with HUMINT Targeting, HUMINT Operations Support, HUMINT Collection Management, and Computer Scientist roles.
• 4-year college degree (no specific major).
• Master’s degree in a labor-category related field from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Must have experience as CAT 1 HUMINT collector, Targeteer, Desk Officer, or similar.
• Demonstrates knowledge of labor-category activities to meet mission requirements.
• Shows mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursues developments affecting tradecraft.
• Defines comprehensive or novel research approaches for rigorous assessments.
• Analyses analytic operations and knowledge management across IC boundaries; clearly communicates findings.
• Adapts to independent work with minimal oversight.
• Reviews analytic products for cogent arguments and rigor; tests analytic quality.
• Security clearance: TS/SCI with CI polygraph; location: Washington, DC.

Job Requirements Responsibilities:

• Must have experience working as a CAT 1 HUMINT collector, Targeteer, Desk Officer, or similar.

• Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal to no oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products. Requirements:

• Must have 10 years of experience working in the I.C.
• Must have experience HUMINT Targeting, HUMINT Operations Support, HUMINT Collection Management, and Computer Scientist.
• Education:
• 4-year College Degree (no specific major)
• Master’s Degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• Security clearance:
• Current active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph. Location:
