The SMB Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day execution of North America SMB Sales Operations. This position is responsible for maintaining account and customer data integrity, managing account hierarchy and territory alignment activities, supporting quota and planning processes, and driving operational excellence through data stewardship and process execution.
The analyst serves as a trusted partner to Sales Operations leadership by owning high-volume operational activities, conducting account research and validation, supporting business planning initiatives, and ensuring the accuracy of the data and processes that drive sales execution. This role enables Sales Operations leaders to focus on strategic initiatives, business insights, transformation efforts, and executive support.
