Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process loan modifications for loss mitigation as applicable.
• Develop proficiency with AS400, Signature, VQueue, and collections software.
• Identify and resolve lender/bank collection issues and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Prepare and analyze departmental reports and monitor delinquency and service standards.
