Job summary

Plug and Play Foundation is seeking a Program Associate for SMB Innovation & Fundraising. The role focuses on planning and growing ELEVATE programs, managing pilot initiatives, workshops, and donor engagement while collaborating with startups, SMEs, and partners to drive sustainable impact.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent writer, highly organized, and capable of balancing program delivery with fundraising responsibilities in a fast-moving nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in program management, nonprofit work, or related operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of ELEVATE program cohorts, workshops, pilots, and events.
• Recruit, screen, and onboard small and medium-sized businesses and startups for program participation.
• Draft grant applications, sponsorship decks, and partner reports to support fundraising.
• Maintain participant records, program documentation, and progress updates.
• Coordinate onboarding, progress check-ins, and exit interviews with participants.
• Track pilot progress and help troubleshoot communication, adoption, or implementation challenges.
