Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Startup Program Manager to own the day-to-day execution of the Startups program, building and maintaining partner relationships, driving founder engagement, and ensuring smooth end-to-end operations. This hands-on role requires deep startup ecosystem ties and a knack for turning founder relationships into tangible program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, community, growth, partnerships, or business development.
• Experience in startup ecosystem and accelerators.
• Proven track record managing partner relationships end-to-end.
• Clear written and verbal communication across audiences.
• Ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Product.
• Active use of AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Analytical mindset with data dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with accelerators, incubators, and startup partners.
• Plan and execute partner activations, including Demo Days.
• Synthesize founder insights to shape program direction.
• Drive founder adoption and deliver value through programming.
• Build outbound campaigns to enroll startups into the program.
• Coordinate handoffs with Sales.
