WeLink Communications, Inc is seeking a motivated SMB Outside Sales Representative to launch and grow new markets with field-based B2B sales. You will identify SMB opportunities, meet owners and decision-makers, and present our internet solutions to close deals and build a growing territory.

The role emphasizes self-motivation, relationship-building, and the ability to manage a fast ramp with weekly commissions and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B outside sales or field-based sales.
• Comfortable approaching business owners and decision-makers.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new SMB sales opportunities within assigned markets and territories.
• Prospect directly into businesses through in-person visits and cold outreach.
• Develop relationships with business owners, managers, and other decision-makers.
• Meet face-to-face with SMB owners to understand internet and connectivity needs.
• Present WeLink business internet solutions and communicate value and reliability.
• Overcome objections and close new business.
• Build a healthy pipeline of qualified SMB opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support installation and activation.
