UPS is seeking a Signature Customer Success Account Manager to support a territory across NW and Central Iowa. The role focuses on high-volume, smaller customers with emphasis on satisfaction, retention, and scalable engagement.

You will leverage dashboards and reporting to drive loyalty, identify upsell opportunities, and guide customers to maximize value from UPS solutions and products. This position requires strong organizational skills and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in customer success, support, or related roles.
• SMB account management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements with strong organizational skills.
• Data-driven mindset and excellent written communication.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with sales, support teams, and UPS operations to deliver supply chain solutions.
• Proactively engage existing customers to enhance value and prevent churn.
• Drive product adoption and educate customers on products and services.
• Update CRM with retention data and plan next steps for churn prevention/growth.
• Identify low-touch upsell opportunities and guide customers to resources for additional value.
