Meridial is seeking an SMB AI Power User to compare competing AI assistants for a major consumer technology client. You will operate as a real business owner, testing ad copy, content plans, customer messaging, and supplier research across assistants, documenting failures and why they matter to paying subscribers.

Based in the United States with a remote contractor setup, you will work up to 40 hours per week, applying your operations to generate clear, reproducible evaluations and reports that

Formación

• Owner or operator of a small or medium business (1–200 employees).
• Daily, habitual use of generative AI tools in the business.
• Organic presence on Instagram and Facebook, maintained personally.
• Hands-on paid advertising experience on Meta platforms with real budget.
• Based in the United States and authorized to work here.
• Capacity to complete up to 40 hours per week.
• Exceptional written English, able to describe failures clearly for engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Run head-to-head prompts and multi-turn workflows across competitors’ assistants using business operations tasks and marketing.
• Build a library of realistic small-business test cases covering ad copy, content planning, messaging, research, pricing, and bookkeeping.
• Identify and document failure modes such as wrong answers, weak instruction-following, tone misses, or context loss.
• Write clear, reproducible reports: prompt used, model/surface, expected vs actual output, severity, and impact for paying subscribers.
• Assess the bundled subscription on value terms versus standalone competitors at similar spend.
• Stress-test assistant features in social and commerce contexts where business owners engage with them.
