SGIC Cloud Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong hands-on Smartsheet solution-building expertise in Sunnyvale/Atlanta.

The role focuses on gathering requirements, designing workflows and dashboards, translating requirements into user stories, and supporting Smartsheet solutions. You will work with Premium Apps and Control Center, collaborate with onsite and offshore teams, and handle ITSM tickets and production support to improve processes and system

Competenze

• 4+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
• Hands-on Smartsheet solution-building experience.
• Experience with Premium Apps: Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, DataMesh, Pivot, Calendar, and WorkApps.
• Knowledge of advanced Smartsheet features: sheet automations, cross-sheet references, DataTable, Document Builder, Workload Tracking.
• Technical understanding of Smartsheet Control Center and blueprint-building for multi-tier configurations.
• Proficiency in Excel formulas and functions.
• Experience gathering requirements, creating user stories, and documenting functional designs.
• Experience with ITSM ticket management, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Business Systems Analyst Smartsheet

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: Sunnyvale, CA / Atlanta, GA

Work Arrangement: Onsite 3 5 days per week

Interview: 2 4 rounds (Zoom and in-person final)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong hands-on Smartsheet solution-building experience. The ideal candidate will gather business requirements, design workflows and dashboards, translate requirements into user stories, and support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Smartsheet solutions.
This role requires expertise in advanced Smartsheet capabilities, Premium Apps, Control Center, business process improvement, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience.

• Experience with Premium Apps: Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, DataMesh, Pivot, Calendar, and WorkApps.
• Knowledge of advanced capabilities such as sheet automations, cross-sheet references, DataTable, Document Builder, and Workload Tracking.
• Technical understanding of Smartsheet Control Center and experience building blueprints for multi-tier program configurations.
• Proficiency in Excel formulas and functions.
• Experience gathering requirements, creating user stories, and documenting functional designs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Smartsheet certifications in Core Product, Project Management, System Administration, or Control Center.

• Experience with Smartsheet API and Bridge workflows.
• Proficiency with Lucidchart and Microsoft PowerPoint.
