Talentburst,-Inc. is seeking a Digital Workplace Business Analyst (Smartsheet) for a 6+ month onsite assignment in Sunnyvale, CA and Atlanta, GA. You will support solution design, requirements gathering, and production support across on-site and offshore teams.

Responsibilities include translating business needs into user stories, developing documentation and dashboards, and ensuring system stability through ITSM ticket management. Local candidates only. 2-4 interview rounds.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Ability to think critically about solutions to remove Sand in the Gears.
• Proficient with Excel and Smartsheet formulas.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and user support.

Responsabilités

• Design and review business processes and system changes for continual service improvement.
• Facilitate meetings with process owners to gather requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories for the development team.
• Collaborate with onsite/offshore developers on design and delivery.
• Develop and maintain documentation, dashboards, and user journeys.
