Job summary

Daisy Boston Metro West is hiring an Installation / Service Technician for the Holliston, MA, branch. You will install, troubleshoot, and service audio, visual, control, and security equipment in residential and commercial spaces.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years of AV/Networking/Technology Integration experience expected.
• Control4 certification preferred.
• Lutron Homeworks/RA3 experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with clients and colleagues.
• Motivated to learn new technologies and processes.
• Demonstrates leadership and team motivation abilities.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• Valid MA driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use power tools safely.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, and kneeling for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, diagrams, floor plans, specs, and manuals.
• Provide end-user training and troubleshoot; escalate as needed.
• Collaborate on installation standards and problem solving.
• Travel to multiple job sites; safely use tools and maintain gear.
• Interact with clients, builders, and other pros regularly.
• Daily updates with project manager on progress.
