Daisy is seeking an Installation / Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and support audio, visual, control, and security systems in residential and commercial sites around Holliston, MA. The role involves client interaction, service calls, and front-line problem solving.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of AV/Networking experience, a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies. Drug screen and driving license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years AV/Networking/Technology Integration experience.
• Control4 Certification preferred.
• Lutron Homeworks and RA3 experience preferred.
• Candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, floor plans and manuals.
• Support end-user training, troubleshooting and issue escalation.
• Collaborate on installation standards and share outcomes in team meetings.
• Travel to job sites and safely use hand/power tools; maintain equipment.
• Interact with builders and industry professionals; daily updates to project manager.

We are seeking a Installation / Service Technician for our Holliston, MA, branch to Install, solve and troubleshoot audio, visual, control, and security equipment in residential and commercial locations. Our Technicians regularly interact with clients while representing the Daisy brand and develop trusted relationships, helping to enhance their lives through technology.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, floor plans, specifications, and operational/product manuals.
• Manage all aspects of support, including end-user training, troubleshooting, and follow-through on escalation of issues.
• Collaborate on problem-solving in both installation standards and provide challenges and successes during weekly team meetings.
• Travels to various job sites; uses hand and power tools safely; maintains company-issued tools, equipment, and vehicle
• In addition to clients, interact with builders and other industry professionals.
• Communicate every day with the project manager about the progress of the project.

What You Bring To The Team

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of AV/Networking /Technology Integration Experience
• Control4 Certification preferred
• Lutron Homeworks, and RA3 Expereience preferred
• Strong communications skills with a passion for providing exceptional client services and communication on an ongoing basis
• Motivated to learn new technologies and processes
• Exhibits strong management and leadership skills; capable of leading and motivating others
• Can pass a drug screen and background check
• Possess a valid Massachusetts driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured motor vehicle
• Able to independently lift items up to 50 pounds
• Strong experience with power tools
• Capable of sitting, standing, and kneeling for extended periods
