Ladders is seeking a Smart Product Delivery Consultant to guide customer implementations of a cloud-based product offering in a remote setup. You will partner with customers, internal product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape requirements, resolve issues, and drive successful adoption.

This SaaS consulting role combines product expertise with delivery leadership and strong relationship management.

For our client, we are seeking a Smart Product Delivery Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will focus on guiding customer implementations of a cloud-based product offering, ensuring delivery outcomes meet scope, quality, and commercial expectations. You will partner closely with customers, internal product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape requirements, resolve issues, and support successful adoption. The position blends product expertise, consultative delivery, and strong relationship management in a SaaS consulting environment. It also offers the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and help strengthen team capability through coaching and mentoring.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead customer delivery of product implementations, ensuring outcomes meet scope and quality standards
• Understand and shape customer requirements through discovery and analysis activities
• Apply product expertise to articulate functionality and benefits in the context of customer needs
• Manage customer relationships by building trust and effectively communicating progress and risks
• Enable customer self-sufficiency through training and knowledge transfer
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery methods and internal processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and support feature rollouts
• Develop team capability by mentoring junior colleagues and maintaining training materials

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Workday products and HCM capabilities
• Commercial experience in SaaS implementation or technology consulting
• Proven ability to lead complex customer engagements independently
• Excellent consulting skills, including presenting and leading workshops
• Strong customer management skills with a focus on expectation management and issue resolution
• Sound commercial judgment regarding scope and delivery risks
• Experience in coaching or mentoring junior colleagues
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements
