Qualifications

High School Graduate is required; a minimum of six months parking experience is preferred.
Availability to work special shifts; 2nd/3rd shift and weekends may be required depending on location.
Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
Clear and effective oral communication; ability to read and interpret information.
Strong customer orientation and professional approach to service.

Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day management of the assigned location ensuring parking operations stay within contractual guidelines.
Engage in development of property-level financial and operational goals.
Supervise frontline staff and oversee daily cashier activities, deposits, and reports.
Provide courteous customer service and address questions or concerns.
Assist Facility Manager with maintenance and safety tasks and other duties as needed.
