Job summary

Amano McGann is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide technical service for automated parking systems. The role requires working outdoors in all climates, maintaining safety practices, and assisting with installation and training for customers.

The technician will generate service tickets, coordinate with clients and staff, and participate in after-hours emergency support on a rotating basis. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 100 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors in all climates.
• Willing to work overtime and after-hours on call.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service of automated parking systems and notify problems promptly.
• Assist with project set-up, installation, and customer training.
• Follow OSHA safety practices and complete PCI checklists when servicing issues.
• Generate service tickets and ensure completion with client sign-off.
• Provide after-hours and weekend emergency service in rotation.
• Support sales in promoting new equipment and solutions.
• Coordinate with project team, clients, subcontractors, branch staff, and support personnel.
• Operate company fleet vehicles safely and keep work area organized.
• Handle lifting and physical tasks up to 100 lbs.
• Work outdoors in all climates.
• Occasional overtime as needed.
