Job summary

Pierce Manufacturing, part of Oshkosh Corporation, seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead reliability across a highly automated manufacturing environment. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in leadership roles such as Maintenance Manager or Repair Manager.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and maintenance reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Drive seamless operation of facility equipment and infrastructure through maintenance strategies and execution.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements across maintenance activities.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt innovative processes, technologies, and best practices to enhance maintenance performance.
  • Lead and develop the maintenance team through delegation, relationships, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Prepare and communicate reports to stakeholders on budgets, timelines, and project progress.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and ensure alignment with safety and compliance standards.
