Job summary

EchoStar is seeking Home Tech Technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes, delivering a world-class customer experience and educating households on new technology.

You’ll travel to customer sites, work independently while staying connected with the team, and leverage paid training, benefits, and growth opportunities as you build a career with a nationwide telecom leader.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required to drive company vehicle.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet a 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable to changing tasks and environments.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment.
• Teach customers to use smart home tech and upsell services.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area and work independently while staying connected with the team.
