EchoStar is hiring a Service Technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes. You will educate customers on usage, upsell where appropriate, and maintain a clean, professional work environment while operating both independently and with your team.

We offer paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a company-provided vehicle. This on-site role requires flexibility for scheduling and travel to client locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required for driving company vehicle to customer sites and offices.
• Flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical requirements: climb ladders up to 40 ft; lift up to 70 lbs; comply with 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused approach to build trust and deliver great experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills to tackle on-site challenges.
• Demonstrated determination to work in tight spaces and through varied weather.
• Adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks.
