Job summary

EchoStar is hiring a field technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes across the region. You’ll educate customers on usage and upsell additional services when appropriate, while maintaining a neat, professional appearance and working independently with remote team support.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel and flexible to shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability: climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, weight limit 335 lb.
• Customer focus and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks and environments.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
