Job summary

EchoStar is hiring in-home technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home solutions across customers’ residences. You’ll educate customers on device use, answer questions, and promote related services during visits.

This role emphasizes safe, professional in-home work, maintaining clean work areas and coordinating with teammates while delivering a world-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Flexible to travel and varied shifts including evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight limits.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use the technology and upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and with the team.
