Job summary

EchoStar is hiring skilled technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You will educate customers on usage and available services while maintaining safety and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license since role requires driving a company vehicle and visiting customer sites.
• Willingness to travel and flexible to evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight requirements.
• Customer-focused mindset to build trust and deliver a great experience.
• Ability to solve problems on the spot and adapt to various tasks.
• Demonstrated determination to work in challenging environments.
• Ability to adapt to changes and handle unexpected tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
