EchoStar is expanding its field service team to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products directly at customers’ homes. You will train customers to use new tech and explore additional services when appropriate.

We value reliable, customer-focused technicians who perform with professionalism in varied environments and schedules. A company van, tools, and uniforms are provided to support your work.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Willingness to travel and work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Climb ladders and lift up to 70 lbs; meet 335 lb weight limit.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use the tech and upsell additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while collaborating with the team.
