• Two years of college/technical schooling resulting in an Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant telecommunications, retail sales, and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong listening, consultative selling, needs assessment and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent altafiber brand in-store and via outbound calls with high-quality service.
• Leverage outbound dialing to acquire customers and upsell connected home products.
• Understand customer needs and offer smart home solutions within budget and availability.
