Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required because driving a company vehicle to customer sites is essential.
• Willingness to travel and flexible to work evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Climb ladders up to 40 ft and lift up to 70 lbs; meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused; capable of building trust and delivering a great experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle on-the-spot challenges.
• Demonstrated determination in tight spaces and varying weather conditions.
• Adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use the technology and suggest additional services when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and with the team.
