Job summary

EchoStar is hiring Technicians to deliver TV and Smart Home solutions to millions of customers. You will visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment, teach customers how to use their tech, and maintain a professional, safety-minded approach while working independently with the team.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required to drive company vehicle to customer sites and regional offices.
• Schedule Flexibility: ability to travel and work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical Ability: climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer Focus: build trust and create a great experience.
• Problem-Solving: tackle a variety of challenges on the spot.
• Determination: work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather.
• Adaptability: handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce smart home tech.
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
