Job summary

EchoStar technicians visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, guiding clients on usage and recommending additional services. You will work independently yet stay connected with teammates, ensuring a high standard of customer experience.

The role emphasizes safety, flexibility, and strong problem-solving skills to handle a variety of home environments and tech setups.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with clean record
• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel; ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays
• Physical ability: climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, weight limit 335 lb
• Customer-focused with problem-solving and adaptability

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team
