Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a field technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers\' homes in California. You will teach customers to use their devices and suggest additional services as appropriate.

You will travel to sites, maintain a tidy workspace, and stay connected with the team for support and guidance. The role requires lifting, driving a company vehicle, and flexible scheduling to cover evenings or weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Delivery-oriented customer service and safety-first mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in home environments.
• Willingness to travel and work non-standard hours when required.
• Comfort with physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 70 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
