Job summary

EchoStar in California is seeking a Home Tech Installer to visit customers' homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and help customers get the most from their technology.

You will learn best practices from experienced techs, work independently yet stay connected with the team, and enjoy clear paths for advancement, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required for driving company vehicle to customer sites.
• Willingness to travel and work shifts including evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Physically able to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet a 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in tight spaces and harsh weather; adaptable to changes.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and suggest additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
