AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound B2C leads, advance the sales process, close new business, and upgrade existing accounts. You will conduct research to qualify leads and reach targets through phone and email.

The role emphasizes a quota-bearing workload with a collaborative environment and opportunities for performance incentives. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualify opportunities involving multiple decision makers.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding and experience in professional selling processes.
• Thrive in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• 1–2 years direct sales experience.
• Experience with CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly assigned sales goals.
• Provide an exceptional member experience with each interaction.
• Follow up on leads and quotes by phone and email.
• Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
• Communicate home security solutions and value propositions.
• Upsell products based on members' needs.
• Manage pipeline to grow the business.
• Document each member interaction in Salesforce.
• Monitor market trends to provide valuable client perspectives.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
