Job summary

Vivint Smart Home is hiring Field Service Technicians/Professionals to install cutting-edge smart home technology and proactively identify and sell upgraded solutions for customers nationwide. You will be the face of Vivint, delivering technical excellence and consultative sales to ensure total peace of mind.

The role offers a base hourly pay with uncapped commission, comprehensive training, a company vehicle, and a path for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance or service-based sales is a major plus.
• Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
• Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Training homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
• Benefiting from consistent coaching and leadership training to move up within our national organization.
