Job summary

Vivint Smart Home seeks Field Service Technicians to install cutting-edge smart home technology, while proactively identifying and selling upgrades to enhance customer peace of mind.

You'll install, service and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems on-site, earn a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission, and benefit from a take-home vehicle, paid training, and strong work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail or service-based industries preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Technical aptitude in home tech installations is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and troubleshoot security cameras and home automation on site.
• Evaluate homes to recommend equipment upgrades and service enhancements.
• Educate homeowners on system operation and safety.
