Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail, B2C sales, or service-based sales is a plus.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse customers and act with integrity.
• Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting smart home devices and security systems.
• Consultative sales: evaluate homes and upsell equipment upgrades on-site.
• Educate customers on system use and benefits to ensure peace of mind.
• Grow with coaching and leadership development within the national organization.
