Qualifications

• Sales experience or aptitude is advantageous.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to explain complex tech clearly.
• Technical aptitude in home automation, security systems, or related fields helps but is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home equipment such as cameras, locks, and automation systems.
• Assess customer homes to recommend upgrades and generate on-site sales opportunities.
• Educate homeowners on system usage to ensure security and satisfaction.
